GUARANTEE OF SERVICE - NAILS
We guarantee our services up to 1 week from the original appointment date. We cannot control how or what you do with your nails when you leave the salon.
If nails are picked, chewed or broken at the time of your nail fill such repairs are subject to an additional charge.
Christina is a Certified Master Pedicurist with the North American School of Podology. She provides pedicure services in alignment with those taught at NASP. She has completed training to be able to work with diabetic and immune-compromised guests. We strictly follow Health Canada guidelines for proper cleanliness, which means we always use new files, and we clean and sterilize all equipment properly in between each and every guest.

QUICK TRIP PEDICURE $40
This pedicure is a 30 minute maintenance type pedicure where you want to be in and out as quickly as possible. We tailor each pedicure to your individual needs, based on the conditions of your feet and what you are looking for taking into consideration your long term goals for your feet.
EXPRESS PEDICURE $60
This 45 minute pedicure includes a 10 minute soak with the Footlogix foot bath, we treat your cuticles and calluses using all Footlogix products, trim & shape the nails, with a teaser of our Signature Massage - includes regular polish.
SPA PEDICURE $90
An hour and a half of complete relaxation. Soak your feet for 10 minutes with the Footlogix foot soak, reduce calluses & treat cuticles using Footlogix products. We trim & shape the nails as well as exfoliate your legs and feet using the Footlogix Seaweed scrub. This service includes our amazing Signature 7 minute per leg & foot massage, complete with a hot towel wrap and regular polish.
CALLUS REDUCTION ONLY $30
This pedicure is a 15 minute pedicure strictly to reduce calluses only. We typically use an e-file for a dry callus reduction and if there is enough time we will trim toe nails as well.

NO SHOW/LATE FEE/LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS
No-show appointments are required to pay in full for the appointment missed and put down a non-refundable 50% deposit for their next appointment.
Late Fee: $10 every 15 minutes late. If we are unable to accommodate your appointment and have to reschedule you will be required to put a non-refundable 50% deposit down to book your next appointment.
Last-minute cancellations: 100% Fee of the Service booked. No future appointments will be booked until this Fee is paid.
Every Guest receives a 3 day Text reminder and a 2 day Email reminder.
We work hard to respect your time and each service has a limited amount of time allotted to provide you with your luxury service. If we feel that we will be unable to fulfill your appointment in a timely fashion, given a delay upon your arrival, we have the right to refuse service and provide available dates to reschedule.
Every situation is case by case, we aim to be understanding. To be considerate to your stylist and other guests, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancelling your appointment.
RE-DO POLICY - All redo services must be done within or at minimum be in contact with the salon to arrange a redo within one week of original date of service.
