Stylist Rates
The rates are reflective of the experience of Christina.
Hair colouring $120 per hour
Haircuts & Styling $100 per hour
Hair Extensions $120 per hour
Colour Corrections
Colour corrections are any hair colouring service that will take longer than 4 hours to complete.
That may be correcting unwanted yellow or orange tones, fixing a colour gone bad, or changing a colour completely.
A consultation is required prior to booking your colour correction to ensure the stylist and guest understand costs, maintenance and steps required to ensure optimum results. Multiple visits may be required to achieve your desired look, and to ensure the health of your hair throughout the process. Olaplex is included in the hourly price.
Hair Colour
For hair coloring services we charge by time. If it takes us 30 minutes to apply a color it is the 30 minute price of the hourly rate.

All colour and blonding appointments must be booked by phone or email.
Hair consultations can be done over the phone or in person. If you are looking for a major change, you will need to do an in-person consultation to ensure we are 100% on the same page, and to create a hair plan specific to you.

Cutting & Styling
Each style is tailored to you with the most advanced precision cutting techniques and skills.
All of our first-time haircut clients get to spend an hour and a half with our talented staff to ensure we completely understand all of your hair needs, then you will then receive our Aromatic wash experience and signature scalp massage, precise haircut, and blow-dry & style. Then we will determine for your next visit which category you would fit into to upkeep your desired style.
Cuts
We value your time as a Guest and not all Guests require the same amount of time or care for their haircuts. Take your time and enjoy every moment with our Team. Every haircut includes a 15 minute consultation with a thorough assessment of your hair condition, masks, and treatments if recommended by your Stylist will be added into the service at no additional cost.
We charge by time for haircuts.

Hair Extensions
Whether you are seeking fullness, length, or a pop of colour, we have your needs covered. They should be perfectly matched so no one but you knows you have extensions - Isn't that the point? Hair extension consultations are Free, take about 15 minutes, and are required in order for you to book a hair extension appointment.
When you get hair extensions at Diztinctive Beauty we want to ensure you have everything you need to look after your hair extensions at home.
You receive a deluxe take-home kit with the initial installation of extensions. The kit includes Neuma shampoo and conditioner which is Diztinctive Beauty Certified as extension and colour-safe, as well as Babe's hair extension brush, which is designed specifically for hair extensions to help keep your extensions soft and tangle-free.

The Fine Print
NO SHOW/LATE FEE/LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS
No-show appointments are required to pay in full for the appointment missed and put down a non-refundable 50% deposit for their next appointment.
Late Fee: $10 every 15 minutes late. If we are unable to accommodate your appointment and have to reschedule you will be required to put a non-refundable 50% deposit down to book your next appointment.
Last-minute cancellations: 100% Fee of the Service booked. No future appointments will be booked until this Fee is paid in full.
Every Guest receives a 3 day Text reminder and a 2 day Email reminder.
We work hard to respect your time and each service has a limited amount of time allotted to provide you with your luxury service. If we feel that we will be unable to fulfill your appointment in a timely fashion, given a delay upon your arrival, we have the right to refuse service and provide available dates to reschedule.
Every situation is case by case, we aim to be understanding. To be considerate to your stylist and other guests, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancelling your appointment.
RE-DO POLICY - All redo services must be done within or at minimum be in contact with the salon to arrange a redo within one week of original date of service.
