Level One
Akzentz Gel Nail Technician Diploma Program
Our course is a comprehensive, “nails in the real world” course, designed to provide you with top notch techniques, exceptional products, an overview of health standards including the basics of disinfection, nail diseases, MMA awareness, as well as general industry knowledge and the basics of operating your nail business. You will learn to sculpt nails, apply nail tips and also how to complete nail fills.
240 Hour Diploma:
Your Level 1 Akzentz Gel Nail Diploma Class is a 240 hour class which comprises of 35 hours in class, plus 65 hours of homework outside of class, and an additional 140 hours logged in your log book.
Our Program is 4 days in-class, plus an additional final practical exam date scheduled within 6 months.
Once all 240 hours are achieved, and exams are passes with a 70% or higher, the prestigious Akzentz Nail Technician Certification (Diploma) will be awarded.

Boot Camp
8 week Nail Technician Course
Our course is a comprehensive, 8 week program designed to help you put your best foot forward in the nail industry. Whether you are just stepping out of nail school or are seasoned and struggling with your business. We’ve created a safe space, to help you troubleshoot & critique your own work, practice sculpting & filling the 5 basic nail shapes; square, squoval, oval, round and almond.
This Boot camp will address shaping issues and concerns, trouble shooting issues that may occur such as lifting, perfect your prep, salon etiquette, business tips and tricks to filling your books, and creating long lasting, strong and durable nails that are Instagram worthy.
Instead of taking multiple classes, getting the bare minimum for education, this 8 week program catapults you into doing the best work you can do, that you are proud of, and that has your clients coming back for more.
200 Hour Diploma:
Your 8 week Boot Camp Class is a 200 hour class which comprises of 48 hours in class, plus 15 hours of homework outside of class, and an additional 140 hours logged in your log book.
Our Program is 8 days in-person hands on class, plus an additional final practical exam date scheduled within 6 months.
You will learn to master different nail shapes to avoid the dreaded chunky nail look. How to quickly and efficiently repair nails, extensive cuticle work to ensure long lasting nails every time and you will learn all of the tips and tricks on how to build your business into a successful & reliable business that thrives, no matter what the economy does.
Once all 200 hours are achieved, and exams are passed with a 80% or higher, the prestigious Diztinctive Beauty Academy Boot Camp (Diploma) will be awarded.

Students are provided with the best top of the line e-file bits, and an intro Gel Polish intro kit, featuring the Canadian-made, internationally recognized, award winning Gel Polish line Luxio by Akzentz.
Full Investment: $1500
Deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot in our class.
Payment arrangements can be made with payment due in full the first day of class.
